I purchased it a few days ago and am facing some sound quality issues. I contacted customer support, but received no response after calling the provided number or emailing the official address. ₹14,999 is not a small amount to spend; please don’t buy it.

I found the headphones looking super premium, flexible and flaunting with Marshall stamp.
The audio quality is good and not so great.
Lack of ANC is not a big deal, but the quality of bass and surround is normal.
Even the marhall app has limited functionalities and doesn’t have much options to enhance the quality of audio.
Having said that all, this headphone is still good for a casual listeners. For same price we can also opt Sennheiser accentum or Sony ult.
Depends on the weightage you give for brand values!! and the battery life is the most impressive one!

I have had these now for approximately 3 months and honestly use them everyday for 5 or 6 hrs listening to music and different videos so I don’t disturb my wife as she watches her show, lol. I was previously using JBL earbuds that were a couple years old they had to be charged after 8 hrs of use. Like I said I have owned these for three months and have charged them one when they got down to 30%, they are still now at about 85% full battery, pretty amazing. The sound quality of the Marshall cordless headphones is very enjoyable to listen to, very crisp with a nice bass, the different options on the equalizer gives you choices for different listening modes. The only issue I have with the product is the location of the on /off ( power button) on the rear right headphone it is easily pressed while leaning back against a pillow or sofa to power off. I would place it more on the top of the headphones to avoid this issue. Great product and am really enjoying my tunes again. Thanks Marshall, Great Job…

Very premium product. Detailed design. expensive over ear headphone but a Premium one. Made of faux leather. The sound quality so also rich and feels premium if you are base head then this one is not for you. All the frequencies are very balanced nothing over powering. Touch controls are fkng great a golden joystick to control everything and battery is just amazing. Its a 2 sec connection when you turn these on so connection is supper fast. 2 device paring and wireless charging with bluetooth E only feature is missing is ANC
