Ho acquistato le Samsung 990 PRO M.2 2000 GB PCI Express 4.0 NVMe per potenziare il mio sistema e posso dire che la performance è davvero impressionante. Questa SSD è una delle migliori soluzioni sul mercato per chi cerca una velocità di lettura e scrittura elevatissima, grazie alla tecnologia PCIe 4.0 e al supporto V-NAND MLC.

Le velocità di lettura e scrittura sono incredibili, con picchi fino a 7.450 MB/s in lettura e 6.900 MB/s in scrittura, che rendono ogni operazione, che sia il caricamento di file pesanti o l’editing di video in tempo reale, estremamente rapida e reattiva. È una vera e propria spinta per i flussi di lavoro ad alta intensità, come quelli di editing video, giochi o qualsiasi applicazione che richieda velocità di trasferimento dati elevate.

L’installazione del disco è stata facile e immediata, compatibile con tutte le schede madri che supportano M.2 e PCIe 4.0, e non ho riscontrato alcun tipo di problema. La gestione termica è ottima, grazie alla tecnologia di dissipazione del calore, che mantiene la SSD a temperature ottimali anche durante l’uso prolungato.

Recently SSD price increased much as crazy, but this one increased slightly less than other products. That’s the reason I purchase it.
Unfortunately, its Write speed at 6650MBps and Read speed about 6800MBps on my PC which are lower than expected.

It’s not working with my MacBook Pro M4 laptop and also tried with other windows laptops. But not working either.

Update the firmware to the latest version before using the SSD. There were cases of these drives failing and Samsung fixed it. I did use Samsung Magician and updated the firmware to the latest as of now. Check the image attached with the review.

This thing surpasses most of the SSD drives in this speed bracket, in my opinion totally worth it for the price I paid.

Using it for my PS5, with a heatsink. During tests, it was giving 6557MB/s read speed in my PS5. Game loading times are so tiny I do not even notice it anymore. If you plan to use this drive, make sure you are getting a good heatsink for it because it runs HOT.
